A studio for made-to-measure boxes

Custom Rigid Boxes is a small team of structural designers and box makers. Every job starts from the inside: we take the size of your product, decide how it should sit and how the lid should open, and only then choose board, paper and print.

That order of work is why our boxes need no filler and why the same box can be reordered a year later and fit exactly as before.

Constructions we work in

• Book-style boxes with a magnetic flap for sets and kits.
• Folding rigid boxes that ship flat and lock into shape.
• Drawer, shoulder-neck and two-piece boxes with card, foam or moulded inserts.

Working with us

Measurements first, then a free digital proof with the structure drawn out. Production takes 7–10 business days after approval, rush work 5 business days, and delivery inside the USA is free. No minimum order.
